However, as always at auctions, buyer beware that you have ensured that the property or business you are purchasing is what you want and that you have satisfied yourself with the help of the appropriate body, that you are buying what you think you are.

We operate strict practices in terms of auction and sealed bid dates, ensuring that purchasers have the appropriate time to carry out searches in respect of all information pertaining to the purchase.

Equally auction and sealed bid dates are rigid (unless agreed by the owner or in exceptional circumstances) with sales or the opening of sealed bids taking place on the advertised date.

It is also vitally important to ensure that all finances are in place prior to the auction or sealed bid date.

Remember once the hammer has fallen you are obliged to the purchase and will be required to a pay a deposit on the day and sign a contract which will also confirm the completion date of the purchase and finalisation of the balance of purchase payment.
